2. Services Offered

Thread & Crumb provides artisan bread, pastries, custom cakes, and coffee and tea service. Our online platform facilitates the browsing of products and placing orders for pickup or delivery (where available).

3. Online Orders

3.1 Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation signifies that we have received your order, not an acceptance. All orders are subject to availability and payment verification.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our checkout page. Thread & Crumb reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be added to your order total.

3.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations

Modifications or cancellations to orders must be requested within 24 hours of placement for standard items and 72 hours for custom cakes. Requests made outside these windows may not be accommodated and may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Product Information and Allergens

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the artisanal nature of our bakery, slight variations may occur. Thread & Crumb handles various allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.

5. Custom Cakes

Custom cake orders require advance booking and a deposit. Designs and flavors must be finalized by the agreed-upon date. Price quotes are valid for 30 days. Changes requested after finalization may result in additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Thread & Crumb or its content suppliers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Thread & Crumb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products or services in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York City.
